Originally something similar to this app was developed by Illuminations, a project of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, and erased from the Google Play list some years ago. It is not currently available as an online activity along with many other free math resources for teachers and students at http://illuminations.nctm.org This is a rebuilt version from scratch dedicated to the Math Forum staff all of whom have recently lost their jobs at NCTM.
