You are granted an exemption from copyright law if:

1. You are an instructor or student showing the clips in a classroom or similar place devoted to instruction (ex: a gymnasium used for large educational presentations).
2. You are showing the clips in the course of face-to-face teaching activities of a nonprofit educational institution.
3. Your use of the clips is directly related to the course content.
