This useful tool allows students to learn how to put together organic structures using HNMR spectra and a molecular formula.

First, the student needs to calculate double bond equivalents.

Second, the student picks pieces based on what they see in the NMR spectrum. The molecular formula counts down as pieces are picked. The student can then deduce what pieces are not visible in the spectrum due to the fact that they do not have hydrogens present. 

Third, the student has the opportunity to put the structure together and be told whether or not they are correct.

There are 75 exercises, each with its own video solution.
