Students dread (or worse) taking stats. It's just not what attracted them to psychology and there's often a genuine fear of learning quantitative methods. To make matters worse, stats courses are too often dry and dreadful leading to the confirmation of students' worst expectations. But stats can be a lot more fun and meaningful to students if we apply the right frame to their course work.
