Introduction:

First of all, I would like to define keywords about that topic and then we can understand this assignment in more details.   What are the learning theories? Learning theories are a conceptual framework which helps us to absorb and learn knowledge during the learning. Another important keyword is instructional design model. What is the main purpose of instructional design and why do we need to use it during the educational time? Instructional Models are sets of strategies on the way to use appropriate teaching method for instructors. When we analyze instructional models, we can see different kinds of instructional model. In this case, as an instructional designer, we should choose right learning theories and instructional model based on the learner needs. Shortly, Effective instructional models are based on the learning theories.   I chose constructivism theory and ADDIE design model to support my lesson. Especially when I read Samual Yoders`s article about constructivism theory, l would like to choose both of them to implement lesson. They are really compatible each other to support any kind of lesson for an effective learning process.
