This searchable database of reports and thematic maps currently contains more than 69,000 United States Geological Survey (USGS) bibliographic citations, including USGS numbered series begun as early as 1880. The basic search options include author and/or title. Advanced search options include author, text in title, year or range of years, publication series and number, and a variety of options for sorting search results. Search results include USGS series and number, author and title, year, language, library catalog numbers, a physical description of the publication, and information on availability and ordering. Search options also include the ability to search recently published reports by month.
