Material Detail

This is a comprehensive problem set (with solutions) for high school physics, developed for use with the PhET simulation <i>Wave on a String</i>. It is formatted so that users can make responses online, at the same time they are interacting with the simulation. It assesses understanding of the motion of single and dual pulses/waves generated on a virtual string with fixed or movable end. Users will be demonstrating comprehension of wave properties, reflection, wave interference, standing waves, and introductory harmonics.
