A Twitter hashtag was announced at a recent educational conference. Then, online monitoring of educators who tweeted with a hashtag was executed to identify an effective strategy to enhance the use of Twitter as a part of the conference. Emerged Tweets were collected by using the Twitter Application Programming Interface and analyzed by using the social graph software NodeXL. Collected data were compared with our preceding study in 2014. Also, an extensional investigation to merge data of existing personal Tweets experience was executed to provide potential online connections. As a result, authors clarified differences of Twitter communication caused by different strategy of announcement. Here, session announcement led to communicative Tweets and official announcement led to commemorative Tweets.
