Mapping California and the Delta Region

From Foothill College and the Using a Web-Based GIS to Teach Problem-Based Science in High School and College project, this module introduces students to maps. The exercise assume each student has been provided with a map of California that can be marked with different colors for cities, canals, and so on. The second half of the exercise asks students general environmental science questions. This is a helpful resource for the introductory GIS classroom.
