GeoTech Center presents a series of model courses on GIS, spatial technologies, and related subjects. This first course introduces "the fundamental concepts of Geographic Information Science and Technology (GIS&T) including Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Global Positioning Systems (GPS), cartography, remote sensing, and spatial analysis." A course outline is included that describes course objectives, core content, and a detailed syllabus.
