Not true that there's no cost involved.
At the URL for the resource, it says:
"This is a Premium eBook You can get free access for a month to this - and 800 other books with the Premium Subscription. You can also buy the book below Start a 30-day free trial. After trial: £4.99 p/m Start your free month Or buy the eBook for only £8.99" (Accessed 10th March 2017)
While the (somewhat ambiguous) offer is that you can get free access for a month, all other options involve costs.
This limits usability and usefulness. Because of this, I have not spent further time evaluating the resource.
