Larry Ferlazzo has created over 1000 "best-of" lists, most specialized.  To be included on the list, a site must be:

* accessible to English Language Learners and non-tech savvy users. * free-of-charge. * appropriate for classroom use. * completely browser-based with no download required (however, I’ve begun to make exceptions for special mobile apps).

This list includes over 20 sites.  They can be used to help the instructor create  surveys, multimedia worksheets, interactive videos, crossword puzzles, and more.
