Electrical Engineering Online Resources I've Found

Hopefully, over time, I can put together enough information and resources together to teach others what I am going to start studying in January 2009. I am going to start on another undergraduate degree, this time in EEG, and I predict that this formal study will help me put together the appropriate online resources to help others with the same interest.
