Work Experience

All of my work experience has lead me to where I am today. Working at the nursing home as an activities assistant taught me how to work with older adults, give them exercises, and taught me about nutritional needs in a nursing home. Working on campus at USI taught me how to be organized and work while in college. Working at Progressive Health West (physical therapy clinic) has taught me about how to properly care for your body and has also taught me to work hard/stay busy. Teaching classes at SWIRCA and Leisure Living has taught me how important exercise is at all stages in life.
