Leadership Research Paper (1).docx I learned a lot about college athletes and getting the proper fueling during this project. I learned how to properly find scholarly resources as well. I gained a lot of knowledge about how colleges offer different ways of nutrition for athletes. 

UPF Debate.pptx I gained a lot of knowledge on Ultra-Processed Foods doing this assignment. I learned a lot about what we can do to lessen the consumption of Ultra-Processed foods intake. I presented this PowerPoint to the class and they had an activity I gave them along with it.
