BORKED is a Supreme Court Nomination simulation where players use roleplay to conduct a semi-fictional mock senate hearing to either confirm or reject a SCOTUS nominee.

BORKED was developed as part of a broader game-based learning grant to enhance American Government instruction at the University of Missouri. This project would not have been possible without the Truman School of Government and Public Affairs, the Teaching for Learning Center, and the Kinder Institute on Constitutional Democracy. Dr. Tori Mondelli and her book "The Allure of Play," and Dr. Rudy Hernandez were particularly crucial to this project.
