Student population: Students are primarily in the management department but as a lower division elective business course students from diverse majors such as marketing, economics, information technology, logistics.

Provide an explanation or what motivated you to use this textbook or OER/Low Cost option. I was motivated to provide a reading list for my students that is affordable, accessible and aligned with contemporary trends and themes addressed in our class.
How did you find and select the open textbook for this course? Based on my own literature review and reading peer reviewed journals and articles found in contemporary business management associations.
