| Conflict Resolution Activity; Nutrition 285 class 2023 | This assignment helped us understand conflict resolution in the workplace from a managerial perspective. We went over how to give constructive criticism to an employee with a positive, negative, positive message. This provided something akin to a real world representation of how conflicts are managed in the workplace. It highlighted how someone might manage others in a foodservice organization. |
