The aggregated data used for the CCS Educating the Whole Child video is taken from CCS 2021 Healthy Kids CO Survey. This CO Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) supported survey is typically administered biannually in school districts across Colorado. 

The Healthy Kids Colorado Survey (HKCS) is the CO's only comprehensive survey on the health and well-being of young people. The purpose of this survey is to better understand youth health and the factors that help young people make healthy choices.
