Research Experience

As a freshman, I have not had a lot of research experience that I will be lucky to participate in during my higher level classes. So far, the best research experience I have gained is from my NUTR 203 class, thorough our our historical sketch project. In this assignment I researched a leader in the nutrition and dietetics industry and learned a lot about what it takes to be a successful dietician.
