Introduction

My name is Kathryn Craft and I currently attend the University of Southern Indiana where I am majoring in food and nutrition with a concentration of dietetics. I am expected to graduate in May of 2023.

My mission statement: Upon graduating from USI, I plan on going into clinical dietetics after completing my dietetic internship. After giving myself a couple of years for my dietetic career, I plan on becoming certified in oncology nutrition with the hopes of working in a Veteran's hospital.
