Work Experience

I have worked at this country club, since I was 15 years old. Learning how to provide exceptional customer service to the guests has been the greatest takeaway from this job. I can now hold meaningful conversations with all of the guests. I love being able to provide them with the snacks, drinks, and cleaning supplies they will need for their day on the golf course. I have also learned how to handle money and keep stats of the members scores. There is a lot of time management at this particular job, since the work is done outside and needs to be completed before sundown.

Working at the Starbucks inside of Target provides many knowledgeable benefits. Not only have I learned how to properly handle groceries and goods at the cash register, but I also have learned a lot about food service. Being a certified Starbucks barista has allowed me to see what flavors and foods are desired. I am able craft each drink specifically for the particular customer, give the drink to them, and watch them enjoy their treat. Not only do I handle their drinks, but also the customer's food. I have learned how to handle food in the fast food industry. I take great pride in this duty because the customers are on the go and need to fuel their bodies for the day ahead!
