Professional Communication

I teach an introductory level course in Communication Studies at Skagit Valley College, titled Professional Communication. This collection is focused specifically on learning materials that offer promise or are actually used in the course.

CMST 125 - Professional Communication

Stresses theory and practice of interpersonal, group, and public speaking skills for the workplace. Topics include problem-solving, leadership, speech preparation, and analysis of effective language, nonverbal behavior, listening, and conflict styles.
