Poisoned Water is is an in-depth look at how toxins, chemicals, and agriculture are impacting our waterways, and potentially our own health. This documentry, 1 hour 52 minutes long, has been broadcasted by PBS in April 2009 as part of the "Frontline" program. Frontline correspondent, Hedrick Smith, together with Marc Shaffer and Rick Young have examined the rising hazards to human health and the ecosystem in two iconic waterways, the great coastal estuaries of Puget Sound and the Chesapeake Bay, and by talking to experts, local residents and even some academics decribe the level of pollution and why its so hard to keep those waters clean.
