The Center for Open Science (COS) was launched April 23, 2020 in response to the urgent and ongoing need for aggregated and discoverable COVID-19 related research, including SARS, SARS-CoV, MERS, and MERS-CoV. The Open Science Framework (OSF) Coronavirus Collection is filterable by keywords and other metadata for quick browsing and identification of open materials, data, and code that may be relevant to the existing efforts of visitors. Using OSF, any funder, journal, society, or research group can build an archival active repository of active scholarship to improve sharing and discoverability for their communities in specific research interests, themes, or taxonomies.

There is a large amount of information being pulled into the collection. The search is simple to use. There are options to look at project files, Wiki, analytics, and registrations. Excellent navigation facilities are included with keywords search options. Filtering options are available to search the relevant projects.

The amount of information available allows for a lot of flexibility in use of the collection to include at the beginning, building, or mastered levels related to covid 19. Connecting various disciplines to covid is also quite easy because of this (pandemic influence on weight, mood, attitude, political belief, etc.). Variety of subject matters that could be used is extensive.
Concerns:
In order to use the collection in the classroom, learning objectives, concept application guidelines, level of knowledge are all dependent on the creation of classroom material by the instructor or user.
