This is a site that contains concise summaries of major management methods, models, and theories. The summaries are well written and succinct, but very general and high level. It is a very good site when you want students to do compare and contrast types of assignments. It contains summaries of many of the classics as well as up-to-date theories, models, and methods. It is important to note that the subjects and concepts cover a broad base of management, leadership, and finance topics.

Rating:
Strengths:

Concerns:
• Listing of expansive resources can be overwhelming to novice learners
• The site is specifically designed for “senior management executives”
• Design quality is primarily text and does not use interactive teaching methods that would appeal to different learning styles
• A lot of distracting advertising
• The site does not have instructions, so a faculty may have to provide that for the students
• The advertising causes it to be somewhat visually unappealing and a student, if they re not savvy with the advertising, might click on something that really has no bearing on the content
