This peer review references the 2015 student award winners for the annual Noba Student Video Award competition. NOBA hosts an annual contest in which students develop multimedia to support learning on selected psychology topics. The 2015 competition focused on Social Influence, and the winning videos address persuasion, obedience, and conformity and influence. The top videos are entitled The Principles of Persuasion (1st place), Persuasion (2nd place), The Milgram Experiment (tied for 3rd place), and Persuasion in Advertising (tied for 3rd place.Four additional videos received an Honorable Mention and also are available for viewing.

Two peer reviewers successfully accessed the website and the videos using both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. No additional technical requirements or downloads are needed.

Each award-winning video examines a specific aspect of social influence. A general learning goal that is relevant to all of the videos is: Students will understand how the attitudes, beliefs and behaviors of individuals are shaped by social influence tactics and the social context.

• The videos are effective teaching tools that can be accessed from any mobile device or computer, and incorporated into a fast, self-paced learning module.
• All videos introduce a topic, provide a basic overview and discuss application of the information to the world around us. Each video can be used as a stand-alone resource to teach a target concept. Because the videos are concise (three minutes in length), engaging and clear, they are adaptable for use either inside or outside of class.
