Author provides audience with an entertaining method to discuss U.S. federal/state income, estate and payroll tax concepts. Author provided excellent illustrations of tax scenarios to discuss complex tax concepts.
Concerns:
The Internal Revenue Code and the applicable regulations use specific terminology and this presentation does not use the correct terminology. Content is not accurate and provides misinformation and confusion for the viewer. As a result, the module is not self-contained, current, or relevant.

Th author is very enthusiastic about the tax profession and has a captivating voice. Author is also able to interject meaningful visualizations to nicely illustrate concepts during his presentation.
Concerns:
Given the quality of content issues, this presentation has little educational value. Learning is greatly limited, as the basic information presented is flawed. The correct terminology was not defined at the start of the presentation.

The author’s website and related educational videos are professionally done. Author has a gift of presenting complex technical material in a very simple manner. Author creates a comfortable user-friendly classroom setting interjecting practical illustrations, colorful graphics, calculator usage and excellent penmanship on a simulated blackboard. He also allows audience enough time to process information being presented.
Concerns:
Usability is very weak as important information has been omitted. The presenter does not have a sufficient grasp of taxation.
