Strengths:: It is easy to learn how to use the tool. This tool can be helpful to users who would benefit from vocalizing input. Voice Search can be used with any content.
Concerns:: The material is similar to Google voice which is already on an Android device.

Other Issues and Comments:: An alternative tool if access to OK Google is not an option. Voice Search covers more languages than OK Google. Depending on version, there might be some issues with accessing desired information. Newer version has fewer of these issues.
