This program/ site seems to be a little more complicated than helpful in today's recording world. Most of the basic information it teaches (recording techniques, basics of programs) are things that someone could learn from different easy to follow sources that are linked to what they are trying to use. For example logic's resources are helpful in understanding how the program works, and in order to find proper mic techniques one might try a recording arts magazine such as Tape-Op because it is more inclusive and specific. I would recommend this to beginners of recording as a place to start, but not a place to stay.
