This is a really fun way of learning about enzymes. It's uses a simluation, where the enzymes are interviewing for a job, and the student's job is to question the enzymes to find the honest one. It's a great way to teach the main points of enzymes, but taking it out of the normal "lab" environment. I would use this when teaching about processes in the body, perhaps as part of the digestion unit in a living environment class.
