This website has been created by Dr. Craig Warren Smith. He has several ideas and strategies on how to tackle and reduce the Digital Divide in today’s digital world. The author has a vivid opinion regarding this issue, he says: “What's the biggest challenge of the current century? … It’s not stopping the plague. Not tackling world poverty. Nor even reducing global warming.
