Therefore, there should be a way to talk about it and teach students to respect, support, and care for one another because everyone experiences difficulties in life whether it does and does not have to due with cultures and race. Having a safe space to speak on these topics can help advocate for your young students for those who need someone to let them know that there voice matters and that their culture and race should be respected as it is part of their life. In a classroom there needs to be sensitivity to people's beliefs and cultures. This will helps students feel encouraged to share their background and culture.

Being in an inclusive classroom means that everyone is accepted not matter their race, background, disabilities, and culture. Putting an emphasizes on respect is an important matter because this allows students to know that everyone matters and everyone deserves to be treated the same. Those who are included and feel included are more likely to express their thoughts and feelings because they will know that they belong and respected.
