Diversity Training Resources for Better Teaching Performance
This folder includes valuable activity resources, workshops, journals, and articles that would be useful to review to better educate oneself on diversity and cultural appreciation. These resources should be reviewed by soon-to-be or current teachers who work with any diverse population of students, from Pre-K to University levels. Without intersectional understanding, education does not serve everyone you enter the classroom with! As a future teacher, I would employ these resources when leading a Diversity and Equity Training seminar or any similar class.
