For young adults (currently in-school or out-of-school) starting a career: In this toolkit, you can find critical introductory elements to finding that calling, getting ready, and landing that future career. Tools include professionalism skills practices, career pathway exploration, latest industry trends, and top tips on job acquisition. As you dive into each resource, you will discover some of the nuances of being a newcomer in the perpetually diversifying world of professionals.

A) Professional Communications: This tool covers communication lessons on how to become well versed in the workplace. More importantly, lessons cater multitudes of examples and situational practices that raises multicultural awareness in a diverse workplace and better mediate sensitive encounters.

B) Career Exploration: This tool guides learners to better understand themselves in order to identify the career that best aligns with them. Learners will also create a game plan for their future goal. To some who may aim for a career beyond their current capacity and limitations, this tool will help them in meeting the skill levels necessary by ways of tailored practices. E) Resume Format: This tool is the best place to start for anyone who is jumpstarting their career journey or in a career shift, and needs to have a functional resume. Whether it is someone struggling to make a resume that will get them an interview or not, this tool will have examples and templates to choose from depending on what is most effective and relevant to the learner's background. 

F) Career Coaching: Job Search: As the final phase of career guidance and preparation, learners will embark on using job boards to systematically find job leads, anticipate potential interview scenarios, and prepare. This tool includes subtopics to read when considering to transition from jobs, when is the right time, workplace red flags to avoid, and how to respond to any discrimination and toxicity.
