This collection is filled with a wide array of resources for not only learning the Spanish language but being exposed to different types of literature and other tools. This is a great collection of resources for high school students new at speaking Spanish or even Native speakers who are wanting to practice more. This collection also contains some resources which can be downloaded for practice on mobile devices or have books downloaded on the go through a software for those new Spanish speakers. This has some great educational resources for engaging students in the Spanish culture and language.

This resource is a Spanish Literature book which conveys the story of a an old man who is willing to stay young through his imagination no matter what age. This is a great book to analyze and practice diverse Spanish terminology relevant to a specific part of Spain. The vocabulary used within the book contains vocabulary from a type of Spanish known as "Castellano", which is an old and more formal Spanish. This would be a great book for high school students learning to not only speak Spanish but wanting to get in depth with the culture of Spanish-speaking individuals. This book can be downloaded onto the Kindle App for free in order for students to read on-the-go.

This website is a great resource for students to read about important humanitarian projects taking place around the world in Spanish. The website also includes discussion forums to which students may create a topic to talk about as well as have others engage in their topic by replying to the first entry. This is a great way for students to start developing critical thinking skills as well communication skills in the Spanish language. The resource has been created by the organization known as UNICEF, which creates a safe bonding community for youth all over the world.

This is great interactive tool for students to practice different subjunctive verbs and can be a great educational tool to be used within the classroom so as to have every student participate. The resource contains a few Spanish verses in Spanish as well as audio that can be listened to and analyzed. There is also a gallery of photos taken within the Dominican Republic which exposes students to another culture found within Latin America. There is also a map of the Dominican Republic as well as an English Translation for some parts of a favored Spanish song by Juan Luis Guerra.

This resource is great tool to practice communication skills with Native Speakers through zoom in a class setting. Students can decide to look at profiles of different individuals and then choose to Skype or zoom with them. The teacher could also just assign the whole class or groups of individuals to interact with a Native-Spanish speaker. This encourages students to use their knowledge of Spanish and further develop it in a face-to-face setting online. The program is also free and was developed by Dickinson College to be used by students all over learning new languages.

This website is a great resource that contains a variety of videos in regards to different actions such as having dinner or going to the park. The links below each category contain a summary of the culture in different regions of the world that speak Spanish. These short videos are useful in developing vocabulary used in different parts of the world that contain Spanish speakers. The video also has English translations so as to help students understand the terms used in the scene. This is a great tool for students in high school in order to get accustomed to casual situations where the language may be used. So go ahead and have fun watching these Spanish scenes!
