How to Find and Wear Different Suits In The Planet Crafter
Multiplayer was introduced to Geometry Dash with the 1.0 version. The only issue was that each figure had the same appearance. The addition of new spacesuits, or skins, to The Planet Crafter has thus been one of the highlights of the Explosive Update.
While you may still begin the game wearing the same spacesuit as other players, you may now distinguish between each multiplayer avatar by choosing from 15 distinct suit skins. Furthermore, even solitary players will be able to incorporate some style into their gameplay with the help of visible arms and character motions.

Where to Find Suit Skins
The Planet Crafter doesn't expect you to use DNA Manipulators or Incubators to construct a variety of spacesuit skins, unlike with plants and animals. Shipwrecks, on the other hand, are the finest place to find new skins and other remnants of civilization.
In particular, the update has introduced a spacesuits locker as a new container in the game. The developer has placed suit skin lockers to numerous wrecks scattered around the terrain. These lockers are the only ones that store suits. Since it's a new container, even if players have already examined every wreck in the main area, they should still be able to discover lots of spacesuits. There is always at least one suit locker per wreck or secret base, and each locker holds one to four spacesuits.
Other locations where suits are available are:
- In random crates
- In isolated ruins, in lockers and crates
- The Spacesuit Widio costs 8,000 Terra Tokens, whereas the Spacesuit Vateo costs 6,500 Terra Tokens in the Space Trading menu.
How to Use Skins
Setting up one of these new skins is not too difficult. All you have to do is choose your desired spacesuit and put it to use. This will place the suit in the same equipment slot as an oxygen tank or jetpack. After then, your character will make a move that will show you how the suit seems in use. You can use the strafe left and strafe right keys (A and D on the keyboard) to rotate the view of your character.
It is not possible to equip a new suit skin if you already have one equipped. Rather, you have to unequip your existing skin before you can equip the replacement.
Additionally, you can use skins on a suit stand—a brand-new ornamental addition included in the Explosive Update. These function similarly to displays for other Planet Crafter treasures, such as fish and frogs, however in the case of an empty suit stand, the default spacesuit will be visible rather than being empty. Make careful to leave one empty in order to obtain the complete set if you choose to construct a region using just one suit of each style.
You can tell you're wearing the spacesuit skins even in first-person perspective, which is a wonderful bonus. Looking down won't reveal the entire suit, but depending on the skin you've equipped, your hands and arms will have different colors and patterns.
